Before you even meet, your Care Coordinator is working on your behalf.

Enrollment
Upon submission of the Start Form, ONWARD will initiate your enrollment.

If your signature was not provided on the Start Form, ONWARD will reach out to you to complete electronic consent.

Your First Call
Your Care Coordinator will call to welcome you, introduce themselves and provide you with personalized resources to help you get started with treatment.

Benefits Investigation and Prior Authorization
Before you begin your treatment, your infusion provider and healthcare team begin processes like Benefits Investigation and Prior Authorization.

Your Care Coordinator will keep you informed about your progress.

GETTING STARTED ON RYSTIGGO

We understand there’s a lot to know as you begin your treatment. This process can be complicated and deeply personal, so your Care Coordinator is trained to provide tailored support during your treatment.

 

  • Financial
    Your Care Coordinator will learn about your needs, to help you understand potential financial assistance options tailored to you and your situation.
  • Insurance
    Insurance can be complicated. Your Care Coordinator will help you understand the entire insurance process and answer any questions you may have along the way.
  • Welcome Kit
    To help you as you begin your treatment, your Care Coordinator can send you a RYSTIGGO Welcome Kit. Ask your Care Coordinator for details.
  • Medication requests
    Your Care Coordinator can answer any questions you may have about RYSTIGGO, no matter where you are in your treatment path.
  • 1st treatment preparation
    No matter how you’re feeling, your Care Coordinator will give you the support to plan for a successful first treatment. If you have any questions regarding your treatment with RYSTIGGO, talk to your doctor.
  • Infusion site logistics
    Your Care Coordinator can help you find your infusion site and make a plan for getting there on your infusion days.
  • What to expect
    Going to your first treatment shouldn’t feel like walking into the dark. As you approach your first treatment day, your Care Coordinator can help you feel confident about what to expect from your visit.
  • Educational tools
    Some patients may know a lot before beginning their treatment, and others may still have questions. No matter how you’re feeling, your Care Coordinator can provide you with the information you need to get started with RYSTIGGO.
  • Support network
    Everyone’s support network will look different, but your Care Coordinator will provide you resources and suggestions for strengthening yours. This includes conversation techniques, tips for building a network, and connections to Support Groups in your area. If you have any questions regarding your treatment with RYSTIGGO, talk to your doctor.
