RYSTIGGO is a targeted treatment that works by reducing harmful antibodies that block signals from your nerves to your muscles.
RYSTIGGO is given as a subcutaneous (under-the-skin) infusion by your healthcare team. Your medication will be delivered directly to your infusion site. The infusion process can take approximately 15 minutes.* Your RYSTIGGO infusion is given once weekly over a 6-week dosing cycle.
*Time of administration may vary by patient. Duration of infusion may be longer based on flow rate and patient weight.

Patients may experience some side effects while using RYSTIGGO. The most common reactions (reported in at least 10% of patients treated with RYSTIGGO in the clinical trials) were:
- Headache
- Infections
- Diarrhea
- Pyrexia
- Hypersensitivity Reactions
- Nausea
