From understanding ONWARDTM to the RYSTIGGO infusion process, it’s normal to have questions about your new treatment.
Getting Started with ONWARD
After you receive your prescription, your doctor may file patient enrollment forms to get Benefits Investigation started on your behalf. During this process, you’ll get your first call from your Care Coordinator.
A Benefits Investigation (BI) is an important step to complete to determine the anticipated out-of-pocket cost of your medication and its administration. It will help define health plan requirements based on your benefits and individual care plan.
Once enrolled, your dedicated ONWARD Care Coordinator will work with you to understand your personal situation and explain potential financial assistance options available, even if you’re uninsured.
